Been here ever since it really opened have always found them better value and better quotes then any other repair shop locally in cannock/hednesford town. Also friendly can have a decent chat to Iv been some places in cannock and the quotes are ridiculous like they are trying to get away with ripping you off dread to think people that go to them sort of places with no knowledge or idea of prices. Genuinely azz has been very good to me even gave me free screen protector after breaking my phone twice in a few weeks (my own fault) no other place would do that though. Great guys hundred percent recommend!!!!!!!! This has been about my fifth repair by them as Iv had other items like daughters phone:iPads fixed always a good job and they check it works and give you receipt for you records Incase there is ever a problem. I had a terrible experience at Smart Azz in Hednesford. I brought my laptop in with the expectation that it would be repaired professionally, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. After picking up my laptop, I found that it was experiencing a new issue to the one I took it in with and it was still broken. When I contacted them about it, they were unhelpful and dismissive. I ended up wasting both time and money without any resolution. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for reliable laptop repair services.

Would definitely recommend Smart-Azz for phone repairs. Knew what problem was immediately with screen locking and not being able to use applications due to voice activation. Resolved issue very quickly. Has previously carried out repairs for a broken screen and new battery. Very pleased with the prompt high quality service given.
