Will was very easy to deal with and made the whole process simple. I originally asked for an estimate and after explaining the issue in more detail to Will he then amended said estimate. I dropped my phone off via posting through the letter box (which was a bit daunting I must say) but sure enough 3 hours later I was informed my phone was fixed and I collected from Will. Overall very happy with the service and cost of repair! Thank you, would definitely use again if I had any other issues!
Needed a battery replacement, and Will was fast and professional, was communicative and did an excellent job.
I’ve had bad experiences in the past where the repair person would do damage to casings and other components during the repairs, but I got my device back in pristine condition, and am very happy.
Also gave good precise aftercare instructions.
