Fantastic customer service.

I went in today to ask advice about a new phone, as my old one had given up the ghost. The manager first tried to see if my old phone could be revived, but when it couldn’t he selected options that fit my budget, went through the pros and cons of each model and helped me find a phone that does exactly what I need it to do for a very reasonable price. He was courteous, friendly, helpful and patient at all times, and I’ve come away from the shop today very happy with the experience. I would heartily recommend anyone in the area looking for a second hand phone to go there.

Its an exchange centre lots of electronic stuff there phones laptops fitbits computer games ps5 /4 /3 xbox pc the lot average pricing though i didnt find them particularly cheap and they dont give you much cash if you sell stuff exchanging is a much better rate hence the name of the business you do get this ‘pawnshop’ vibe in there i only go there to swap out games but on a positive note they have loads of stuff to browse and waste your time on if you like that sort of thing ! The staff are generally helpful and friendly and the place is well lit so its not too bad !

I have been shopping here for a couple of years and I love it. The staff members are extremely helpful and friendly, and have conversations with you about the games and movies you’re buying/selling.

The trading system is very useful for me, because I don’t replay video games a lot and I can buy different games. Heavily recommend. They also are constantly stocking up.
