I am aware that students from the local university with hardware and software problems on their own devices for the last 15 years, have been supported by Glenn, I have yet to have heard of anyone returning not being satisfied in resolving their problem be it maintenance of the device or advice. Personally, Glenn has been able to resolve any issue and provide sound technical advice when I have brought my equipment to him needing updating or repairing.
Glenn was brilliant in rescuing my dead work laptop before an important work deadline. I’ve used him a couple of times now, and he came recommended. I can see why. He is a pleasure to deal with and fixed my laptop quickly… and it didn’t break the bank. Highly recommended.
Brilliant service, it was extremely convenient having my laptop picked up and dropped back to my home. Glenn persevered with a very tricky problem for me which also saved an enormous hassle with my work. Highly recommended.
