I have used St Neots Computing for a number of years now. Andy does a nice line in affordable refurbished computers and is quick to help out when things go wrong. Recently, I had the daft idea of cloning a spare backup disk of the C drive. I used some software from EaseUS which ended up corrupting my C drive and the new drive. Completely dead!, I rang Andy and dropped in the PC. By that afternoon, he had fixed it, amazing. I’ve learnt my lesson!!
I recently experienced scam was very vulnerable they managed to get into my personal details onto my laptop! I walked into St Neots Computer Shop feeling empty scared not knowing what to do ! Andy was so sincere kindness went long way so grateful! My computer had to be cleaned and passwords updated Andy helped me change all my passwords! Having had my emails hacked whilst overseas and being given no help from Sky/Yahoo panic set in. Andy at St.Neots Computing came to the rescue. Recovered my lost emails, removed the bugs the hacker had installed on my device and got me up and running again. A very quick and efficient service all delivered with a smile. Great service, great guy – don’t bother gong anywhere else.
