We called Mr Brown out last week when our pc wouldn’t boot up after a windows update.he arrived within an hour and tried his level best to get it up and running again.unfortunately for us it was a hardware fault and he suggested replacing the faulty hard drive.we decided instead to get a new pc(the old one had lasted us 13 years).the new machine was built the next day and installed the next.his prices,workmanship and attention to detail are excellent and i would defo recommend him to anyone that needs work done.i certainly wouldn’t hesitate to use him again 🙂
Superb service – I contacted Barrie at 5.45 on Wednesday about an issue on my PC not connecting to a new router that I had been talking to my ISP about for almost 3 weeks.
Barrie arranged to visit on Tursday at 10.30.
He arrved at the agreed time, identified an issue with the wireless card in my PC and installed a wifi dongle which fully resoved the issue within the hour.
Can’t speak highly enough about his professionalism and would recommend him to anyone with a PC issue
