Over priced and poor quality. Had phone repaired at PS80 (my bad for accepting this price but was in a rush and not thinking). When handed back the phone i was given Ts and Cs to sign I wasn’t made aware of before the repair. The Ts and Cs basically say no refunds and LCD isn’t covered by guarantee. Felt I had to sign as as far as I could tell in the moment the repair was okay. Later discovered it wasn’t. Took it back, employee claimed to look at it but clearly didn’t and basically admitted without better quality parts it couldn’t be fixed and there was nothing he could do. Absolute waste of time and money. Half of these reviews are 100% bought and fake
Conmen….. phone wasn’t working so took it in & they fixed it, worked for 1 day then the same problem, I had the receipt & took it back the next day, but refused to look at saying they done all the could, I would not use these again & beware anyone that does, they don’t fix the phones properly & try to sell you everything in their shop, disgusting con merchants….beware
Had an issue with my iPhone 12 battery, as phone wasn’t charging, and suspected dirt etc in the port. Another shop about 200 yards away quoted PS45, even though I thought it might be an easier fix. The Phone Shop solved it in a matter of minutes, and refused to take any money for their services. Brilliant and efficient – highly recommend.
