Staff has always been helpful and I’ve never had any issues with things I bought from there, but some of the prices are crazy. For example: a brand new PS5 controller is PS60 on the PS website, but in CEX they charge you PS70 for a used one How? Why? Who would buy this? There are so many used items that are being sold for the price of the new ones…It’s a joke how they try to play you with the prices sometimes! They still have a lot of good stuff in there though.

Staff great but store policies not so. Had the wrong product delivered twice from the online store. Headache to go to store to have product tested to make sure we hadn’t swapped/broken it but it’s a pain to have to wait around to get it sorted
