1 Star is a compliment. Small Laptop repair meant to take 2/3 weeks, 8 months later it still ongoing.

On the 12th of Jan I dropped my laptop with Steven. 2/3 weeks to complete the job. 8 months later I still have not got my laptop back.

During this period I was told it was ready to collect at least 5 times. Each time I went to the shop to collect only to be told there was a new issue. They broke the screen, they broke the casing, DPD has lost a part etc…

Communication from Steven has been appalling throughout. He has never reached out to me, it has always been instigated by me.

I have since move house out of Wales, Steven promised he would post my laptop to me within a week. 2 months later this has not happened. Now Steven is avoiding my calls and failing to provide any useful update when he does eventually message me.

7 months of poor communication, failed promises, incompetence and poor practises. I have nothing positive to say.

I was wondering if they did screen repairs as my iPhone was broken, before going in store I checked their website and couldn’t find screen repairs on the services page. Found out they have a live chat where you can talk to a professional. Answer was quick and straight to the point, they don’t do screen repairs however they suggested me somewhere else I could go for screen repairs. Very Convenient

Called a guy called Steven to ask if he could repair my laptop, he said he would look at it. I took it into the shop and he said he would do it straight away, great service, plus he gave good advice. He did talk a lot even more than myself., but his stories were good to listen to. He also upgraded my old laptop, great service friendly crew. Well worth a visit.
