Had to take my newish laptop back to Currys to be repaired, the repair was a quick cheap rewriting the disk so everything I had on the computer was deleted. The WORST bit was I’d put on a temporary password so they could get into the computer , guess what ? I started getting emails threatening me with the – I put something on your computer so know all your dirty little secrets, I can get into your back account unless you give me money and gave me the temp. Password I’d put on the computer for the time it was with them . Thankfully I’d changed the password when I got the thing back
Poor customer service. The manager was rude and un professional when conducting the investigation into the faulty goods which were returned with relative paperwork and within 7days.
Out of principle for poor service I would not shop here again!

I was under the impression that the staff at Curry’s knew their stuff. Called in yesterday and must have been served by the exception to the rule. Didn’t have a clue about his stock….. gave up and tried elsewhere!! Will not be back!!
