Thank you guys so much for helping me finding my lost phone! So I experienced a robbery last Saturday, the robber grabbed my phone on a bike near Lewisham station, I’ve been tracking the phone through iCloud since then but there’s no location updated until yesterday!

It shows on the map that my phone is in the shop, so I visited the shop today as soon as they opened trying to see if my phone is there. The shop owner told me the robber has brought my phone here yesterday for a reset, and my phone is right in the shop!!!

After they checking my IMEI, serial number and proof of purchase, they gave the phone back to me!!! I couldn’t have imagined getting the phone back after losing it in London, and it truly happened!

Thank you guys for being so proactive and accommodating helping me to find my lost property, I really can’t express my gratitude in words. These guys are the best!

Also lesson learned, don’t ever use your phone on the street and be aware of those thieves in London (especially in sketchy areas), again thank you guys for helping me.

I had my laptop repaired and the guys were fantastic. Personable and professional. They explained what the issue could be and said they’d call me back with diagnostics and they did. I understood and was happy to go ahead. It was complete with a day or two and I was really happy with the price.

Amazing service, my macbook screen was damaged and they went to a lot of trouble sourcing a new one. As soon as it came they repaired it and the price was very reasonable compared to what other places were offering. Great service and communication was awesome
