Good tidy store with excellent friendly staff. Good range of products at reasonable prices. Only reason I do not give a 5 star is I sold a Samsung tablet 7 to store in flawless condition. Not a scratch or blemish present. The only thing that wasn’t in great condition was the plug. For this they subtracted over PS50 and degraded the tablet. This to me was over extreme and unreasonable. But staff where following cex guidelines. Thank you for your reply cex. Your guide lines where fully explained to me buy your staff. I excepted them. My piont was the tablet had been in a case and screen fully protected before I even turned it on from new and directlyfrom samsung. Even your staff agreed that it looked like it just come out of the box. Like I said it was flawless. My piont was the price difference of a new plug to how much money was taken off for down grade was way too extreme taking there was not a single mark on the tablet and your staff even agreed. I’m sure cex replaced the plug and sold it for the higher grade. Anyways thanks for the response.

My son took his phone in to be sold today no cash apparently a bank transfer he got no receipt nothing to prove he has sold it what a joke they better give him the money or I will be going to trading standards also gave him this email to follow the link well the link don’t even open , omg what a place and it sell your stuff for cash or vouchers, what a joke that’s false advertising for a start , he better get his money ,

I sold a phone in excellent condition, along with it’s plug and charger cable. In its box. The only thing missing was the cardboard inside the box. For that, my sale was downgraded to B (from ‘mint’ to ‘good’). That cardboard reduced my sale by PS30!!!

Horribly disappointed.
