I needed a new LCD screen.
I was told it would be ready by the next day & would cost PS70 – seemingly good service.

Problems I noticed since picking my phone up were:

* The brightness & colour quality of the screen is terrible compared to my original screen & this screen comes up when I try to open my phone saying “brightness compensation” – this means that I can’t check the time or my notifications without unlocking my phone.
* They didn’t replace my fingerprint sensor so a security feature I relied upon heavily is no longer available , I had to reset all my apps that used fingerprint sensors and now have to enter my password a lot.
* In certain apps, there is now a lag between typing and the characters appearing on the screen.
* My phone no longer locks automatically when I take a call so I finish the call with lots of random apps open.
* My phone sometimes just freezes and the touch screen won’t respond. I have to lock and unlock it again to make it responsive again.

If you need a new LCD screen, I would definitely recommend avoiding this place. All the problems above have made me so sick of my phone I’m going to have to fork out a lot more to buy a new one. Just buy a new one!!

Don’t go here for your phone screen repair. I paid PS45 for a cracked screen and wish I’d never gone here. I wound up going back there because my home button started playing up days after they replaced the screen. I had to wait 3 hours in town and the result was that my home button won’t work at all now. Also the quality of the screen they gave me is poor. To make things worse, I was in town looking after 3 children and my only means of payment was Apple Pay. When they said it was going to take longer before I got my phone back I asked if I could make a card payment as a means of getting some cash back. They actually charged me for the privilege! Wow. I accrued a huge parking bill due to having to wait for them to fix it, and honestly wish I’d never gone there in the first place. I’m now looking at having to get a new phone. Don’t bother.

Water spilled on my Phone and it died suddenly. I tried 2 technicians around City Centre and they did everything, but the phone was gone due to water damage.

I was desperatly looking for a quick replacement, and after shopping around these guys are THE BEST.

The Manager was so helpful, went through all the options in my budget, and showed me the different models, explaining everything, and no hard sales tactics. Just honest.
