My Ipad died and was fed up of being ripped off by Apple for their expensive repairs and restrictive practices. I had previously come across Riverside Computers as they were recommended to me by a friend. I therefore visited Andy and took up far too much of his time as i looked at various laptops to get something that would replace my Ipad. nothing was too much trouble, Andy answered all my idiotic questions and after a couple of hours taking up his time i was happy to leave with a laptop which I am more than happy with at a price I am sure no one else can beat.
so for top notch service, advice and extensive amount of accessories i will never now go anywhere else.

I was so lucky to find this Computer Repair company in Rochford. I had my laptop battery changed in super quick time saving me loads of money and hassle in buying a new computer. The staff were the most friendly and helpful people that i have encountered in any retail/repair environment for a very long time. I will defiantly be using them again for any computer / tablet problems that i have in the future. I cannot recommend them high enough. Many thanks from a very happy customer.

What a piece of luck I had finding this place. Andy was extremely helpful with my computer problems, my laptop was beyond repair (my fault.!), but not only did he manage to retrieve my data he transferred my 8GB memory into a re-burbished laptop. Thoroughly recommend him, and a nice bloke as well.
