I had an appointment and was seen by Brad with the assistance of Sam. They were welcoming and friendly. They listened to the issue I had with my iPad and then spent time trying various options to resolve the issue, which they did. The whole experience was very positive and although they worked quickly, it was not rushed. It left me feeling reassured that a good job had been done. I thoroughly recommend this store to all Apple users or new Apple customers.

Harry was amazing very helpful and so was all the other as staff. My dad had to pay PS49.00 to reset his new tablet as the security blocked his access which I wasn’t surprised by as Apple charge for everything and it’s a bit of rip off but I expect nothing less from Apple but my dad got his access back and we adjusted it for him so hopefully he won’t be locked out of his tablet again hopefully.
