Top knowledge and excellent customer service. Really went the extra mile for me. I had a problem with my laptop in that I couldn’t connect through my broadband for more than 1 or 2 minutes before losing the connection. I tried all the usual things to fix it myself – but nothing worked. So I took it in to Computer Cavern for Steve to look at. After 2 days I returned to collect my fixed laptop and returned it home. Only to find it was still faulty. Steve tried to talk me through some additional methods to check certain things – but it still wouldn’t work. So he told me to bring it back in and he would continue to fault-find what was wrong – at no extra charge. After another day he found out what the fault was and the laptop has been running smoothly since then. Thanks Steve. I highly recommend Computer Cavern for your laptop fixes.
