Bought a phone from another cex shop, at home I’ve found out that split, had it exchanged by other phone at cex Borehamwood . After couple of weeks phone started dying by midday. Took the phone back in borehamwood ,they had it changed and said that the phone is ok. I’ve tried to have the second faulty phone exchanged by othe similar phone but they denied. They said that i only exchanged the phone for voucher but not for the same value( was supposed to lose PS78) . Disgusting After sale support. I would give them -5 stars.

Avoid this store.

Took my AirPods in for cash and the worker had told me it was non genuine even though I stated I had bought them from Argos and had the original receipt to prove. They were genuine Apple with the correct serial numbers coming up on the Apple website.

I had then took them into the Watford store, where they confirmed they were genuine and they gave an excellent service in giving me the cash I had needed for myself.

If you are local to the area, I would say take them into another store and you will not be let down.
