I stripped out some internal screws from my new steamdeck trying to replace the hard drive and was unable to unscrew a few of the screws. I took it in and with a slightly larger screwdriver and a bit of elbow greese they were able to undo the screws. Although it was dealt with quickly I was determined to compensate them for their time, however they refused to take my money and even gave me some spare screws! Very grateful for the speedy and friendly service, I would definitely use them again without hesitation for similar issues.

Absolutely brilliant service today from Techfix. Dropped off my iPhone at 09:00 day 1 (blind, the chaps/chapesses had no idea the phone was inbound for a lot of repairs). Price agreed, parts were ordered for the phone. Parts arrived PM on day two. Despite the lateness of the parts arriving at the shop, the phone was fixed and in my hand by 16:00 on day 2.

My phone had a problem with charging so went in to this shop for the first time today. Met the 2 chatty and friendly people who run the store, and they cleaned out my phone (from all the dust inside the charging port). After the 30 seconds it took them to do that, the problem had been resolved and my phone then charged perfectly. On top of that didn’t even charge a price due to the nature of the fix. 5/5 stars would highly recommend
