World phone in Chorley | Best Phone, Laptop, and Computer Repair Services at Affordable Prices | Quick Fixes

I had my phone screen repaired twice here. Both times it took over a month to get the phone back. Poor communication, as I had to chase for updates all the time. The second time the service was very poor. The screen isn’t responsive at all, and the glue job poorly done (see photos). They also damaged the port that recognises the SIM card so the phone can’t be used now. Initially they denied any wrongdoing and only after I left a negative review did they agreed to look at the phone again. They said it’s unrepairable and they’d pay for a replacement phone which I have purchased but now. It took over 2 weeks to send. The money and they only paid PS209 which is way less than the replacement phone I had to but. Constantly had to chase for payment.
I have also paid PS75 for a “repair” which broke my phone as well as a replacement phone!
If you look for a reliable high quality place I recommend you go to a different place!

Not the type place an old person will walk in and say their phone won’t charge and they’ll have the decency to say it’s just dirt in the charging port but instead charge them for a new one. Bit cheap replacements for the price you pay, my phone screen is extremely sensitive. So sensitive that it skips songs when it touches anything, put it in my pocket to find I’ve been locked out because it’s been doing my password over and over in my pocket. Also got issues with the charging port after getting a new one. The guy who owns it is nice though which pains me to write this but I find it more disrespectful to disappoint me, mess me around or do an average job. Especially in a time where you never get the end product you pay for in every area of work. Also it’s very hard because literally every phone repair shop is like that around Chorley, very hard people to trust.

The service in this store is exceptionally superb, the owner is extremely helpful, kind & caring about the satisfaction of his customers. He goes out of his way to make sure he gives you quality goods & service at not over the top prices. If for instance you are buying a particular product (say a hairdryer) he will steer you in the right direction & not just say get this one (because it’s more expensive) but that this one is more suitable to your needs. Also he will give you items for knocked down prices (but not because he wants to scam you) but because he knows that this is the correct way of getting customers to 1) keep coming back to him for service & 2) so that you will spread the word to your friends & family that he is the best mobile phone store in Chorley.
I highly recommend this business.
