We have used them for years, but never again. Paid over the odds for a washing machine figuring good customer service, how wrong I was. The flex on the machine was too short so engineers used an extension lead directly behind. I had to tell them it was against electrical regs. Said they would fit longer flex.Machine then leaked everywhere. Chased them for 10 days for longer flex. Didn’t return calls or follow up. Eventually told I would have to pay for an electrician to fix a longer flex. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Will never use again. So much for supporting local businesses!

I cannot recommend Aztec Domestics in Chorley highly enough. I inherited a wonderful looking range Cooker when I bought a house recently but to my huge disappointment one of the ovens wasn’t working. Aztecs have repaired it despite it being 20 years old. Excellent service. They were always on time, were always very friendly, took no time at all to find parts for this old cooker and I’m very impressed by the whole service and process. Well done guys.

Efficient friendly service. Booked an engineer arrived early and identified the problem with my oven. Replaced the part needed all completed within an hour of arriving. Not too expensive…thought I was going to need a new oven. Had same oven since I moved in the house 30 odd years ago….now in excellent working order. Thank you so much . Would highly recommend
