Were polite and prompt , however only in my home for washing machine repair which involved turning on a water tap (my fault ) in house for 30 seconds at most. When called to pay invoice politely requested a possible reduction. Was told sorry you used a call out slot regardless of what was done and your washing machine was fixed. Understand a business has time slots but surely some common sense and a desire for repeat custom and good referal to friends and colleagues. Sadly i cannot do this. An expensive lesson
Just had the washing machine repair man around when our machine wouldn’t drain – Martin Hewett booked me in as soon as he was able and Steve the repair man quickly found the blockage (turns out you maybe shouldn’t put sheepskin rugs in your machine..!) and now it’s running smoothly! Really impressed at how quickly Steve deduced our issue and got it all working again – thank you!!!
Excellent customer service, polite, friendly, called me back when they had agreed. Within the agreed price for a Miele service. Easy to park and drop off and collect. What I would call good old fashioned customer service and as a customer I felt highly valued. Highly recommended!
