When my son’s beloved gaming PC died 3 days before Christmas I didn’t hold out any hope of getting it sorted before the new year. Steve from Mistley computer services was recommended to me & I gave him a call. Despite being evening time he took my call, offered advice & ordered a part that he thought would solve the issue. Thankfully it arrived the next day and he came round as soon as he’d finished his previous job. He arrived, in a mask, fully covid aware & had my son’s PC up and running in about half an hour. We are absolutely delighted & would recommend Steve to anyone. A friendly guy, very reasonably priced, we will definitely call him for any future computer problems.

Steve, the owner, collected my two P.C`s, upgraded one to windows 10 and retrieved files from the other one which had crashed a few years ago. Really fast turn around – 1 day in fact. Good advice, very helpful and very reasonable rates. I will definately call on his services again and recommend him to others.

Having changed my WiFi hub I couldn’t connect my printer to it. Then my husbands laptop just switched off and wouldn’t work and then neither laptops would connect to the printer! Contacted Steve and within a couple of days he came and sorted it all out and we can now use both laptops and print from both too! Excellent service at a very reasonable price in the home! I would highly recommend the service.
