Today I took my Galaxy A71 into Star Mobiles as the internal microphone did not appear to be working. After a cursory examinationof the phone, I was informed that it was the connection sub-PCB required replacing, as the mic was part of that PCB.
I was shown a new sub-PCB, and informed that it could be replaced in about 30 minutes at a cost of PS35, to which I agreed..
When I returned, my phone was just being re-assembled, and upon completion it was demonstrated to me that the new microphone was now operating perfectly.

Had my iPhone 12 for around 3 years when it stopped charging. Thought I needed a new one as the port didn’t feel right when I put the lead in. I highly recommend Star Mobiles- i replaced my own screen on a Samsung Galaxy and accidentally pierced the battery which then started to set on fire! Nightmare! Took it to Timpsons who had it for 2 weeks but said the motherboard was dead so there was nothing to be done. Id lost everything and was gutted. Also tried Tesco (who my contracts with), they just laughed at me. Star Mobiles fixed it within days for PS65!
