Brilliant man tried several computer firms with no success and spent a lot of money on these firms over a long period .it was getting to be a problem and very frustrateing to the point I nearly put my computer in the dustbin.then magic rob came along and problem solved in no time at all really nice guy very pleasant and understanding highly recommended it was really nice to deal with Rob carnt thank him enough promt and highly gratefull thanks Rob.
Excellent service, pleasant, polite, trustworthy, nothing is too much trouble. Rob is one of those ‘glass is half full’ sort of people, your job is never a problem to him, just a challenge to resolve. He is fast to respond and has always found a cost effective, timely solution to every issue we have thrown at him. We have used him for over eight years and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is firmly part of our extended team.
