Took i phone in for screen and button repair, paid PS20 deposit few weeks later returned to collect and was told it was fixed and in the “lab” which was in London and to return another day said waiting for phone told its collected and not returning it is classed as stealing then told can return in the afternoon when the phone can be bought to the shop when queried explained to me that it was for safety reason the shop is not secure! When returned to the shop in the afternoon, they shared that phone was not fixed and it something to do with battery and saw with my own eyes the broken screen be taken off and fixing this then told to return 3 days later returned 3 days later requesting to collect the phone and refused return the phone and spoke with the “boss” on the phone who eventually agreed to return phone in condition it was bought in which accepted told me to wait 30 minutes to get this and return waited in the shop and pulled the phone out from a cash tin under the service desk and took this apart requested PS20 deposit and denied this at first then handed back over! When in shop another customer came in regarding their Mac book where they had said the same thing and also this customer had been waiting weeks for it to be returned! The shop appear to use the same excuse why they are unable to return your device! Do not use this service if you want your phone fixed properly and leave with reliable shop! Reported to trading standards!

I brought my MacBook because it had suddenly stopped working. The guy at the counter said he knew exactly what the problem was and that it’d take 3-4 days to repair. After few more days without news, I called, and he said the laptop was not ready. And that’s how a long wait started, where I’d either call or pop in store every 3 days and every time he’d come up with some excuse, either that the repair process was very elaborate (which he could have anticipated if he knew exactly what the problem was) or that the delivery guy wasn’t delivering. One time he called and asked for MY PASSWORD to get into the laptop!! I thought that was incredibly suspicious and dodgy. After three weeks, he said he would deliver it to my house, and after agreeing on a time of course he did not show up. The next day he called he’d bring it and again no show. He then called in the evening asking me if I could go to pick it up at the train station, again so dodgy. After 4 weeks I got my laptop back, and needless to say I had to fight for a ridiculous discount off the original price (10PS off 170PS). When I got home, I realized the charger (which had stayed in the store all the time) wasn’t working. I called to ask but of course they did not accept any responsibility. On top of everything, during the whole time he was not apologetic, he even became rude and felt no accountability of what happened. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE my phone was coming up with moisture or debri in the charging port he supposedly changed my charging port and got it to 21% in 40 mins the bored that he supposedly changed looks nothing like the one in my phone charged me PS75 for what i believe was just a clean of the port and to charge it to 21% he is muggy and a dishonest person just trying to rob people of their hard earn money if i could give 0* i would do not use them
