Shocking customer service and trading standards. They say they will call you or email you but never do. I had to go there myself to sort out the payment for the stuff I sold. Be sure to check their website for the correct selling price of the item if you do go there otherwise you will get ripped off.
Sell your stuff on Facebook with a small surcharge. You are better off there instead of dealing with these lying morons.
I couldn’t fault them today. Me and my boyfriend had to visit them today as I had bought a psp from them and unfortunately it had a fault with one of the buttons (one of them things). We didn’t have the original box or receipt for it but that didn’t bother them they did everything they could to get us a replacement and was super understanding they was absolutely amazing today thank you so much he is very very happy.
Awful customer service. Made me wait an hour for a test on my AirPods when in other stores it only takes 10 minutes. Then they said my AirPods failed the test because one of the speakers is quieter than the other, which isn’t true as I’ve only them only for a short time and can guarantee they’re not broken. Bunch of rude individuals working there who need to shave their facial hair
