My experiance was ordering a Microwave which was PS109 but I did not see that they had a black and silver colour of the same model which I liked better and I asked them if they would change the colour, this is a couple of minutes after I ordered it. It was the same microwave just different colour, but also only PS89.
But did they give me my PS30 refund “NO” Now I wouldn’t care if it was same price as the silver one but it was not and they couldn’t care less about keeping customers happy and doing the right thing. Even the silver model is PS89 on their website now and they are both PS79 on Amazon…?
They couldn’t care less about customer services and are like others have said scammers. They may look cheap but there is a reason for that..? Again Buyer Beware
Now most people can only vent their frustration with a Google Review or Amazon Review but I have a YouTube Channel with 18k subs and growing check it out, its the same as my name here and as I purchased the microwave for my camper van conversion.
I will make dam sure that I tell all my subscribers and regular viewers who search Huges Appliances to stay away from Huges and tell family and friends to do the same because they will rob you of your hard earned money even in times like these.
Hope the PS30 was worth it, don’t worry Huges I will make sure to send you links to all videos I make and mention your company and how it treats customers. They will come thick and fast. Keep the PS30 you will need it …!
We recently bought a very expensive microwave, and when it arrived, the first thing I noticed was they sent a silver one, rather than the black we selected. We decided to leave it, as we needed a microwave, we could live with it being silver.
The next blow, was that inside the microwave it had brown marks, it clearly looked used and returned. There was also no plastic on the plug, it was loose which also gave us that feeling that something was amiss.
We contacted customer care immediately, and was told to send pictures across from which we did. They then emailed us, saying that they couldn’t send us out a replacement, they could exchange it for a different microwave or offer us a 3% refund, which came out to be 8.95 off. A complete joke! Since then I have emailed across saying that I am still not happy, but they are saying they can do nothing.
I don’t see why I should be expected to buy what looks like a used returned item for full price, and just be offered PS8.95 as some sort of measly refund..

On Saturday we went in there looking for a carpet washer. After looking next door at Currys, where absolutely no one at all approached us, and after having looked at another machine, which we decided against, we went back to Hughes, where we purchased a Bex Bissel model.
The young lady with purple hair who served us, couldn’t have been more pleasant.
She happily
explained how she would locate our machine and after paying for it, a few minutes later, she gave us our carpet cleaner.
I would like to give this young lady a 10 out of 10 for her chearful enthusiastic service to us
