I reached out to David as the display on my 3 year old Samsung TV was playing up. After sending a video of the problem, David advised, with his experience and knowledge, that the display panel would need replacing and the cost of this would exceed the price of a new TV. I really appreciate David’s time, honesty and advice on this, and would recommend him to anyone.
David was most helpful and professional in sorting out an issue that I had with my TV signal and remote. He is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to give good service.
Footnote June 2023 8 years after my original review – David once again helped me sort out my TV. Speedy response and excellent service. Would recommend every time.
Lovely honest man. Very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Even offered to loan TV whilst my daughter’s one was being fixed. Very happy with service. TV was repaired in no time!
