Really great customer service. Isaac is honest with his pricing and when it comes to needing things repairing. He doesn’t rip you off like most places would do these days. He will offer you all options available and will give you his personal opinion on what he recommends. Isaac is always there to message, even out of his working hours – he will answer you when he can. No he doesn’t need to but he does. I highly recommend his services. You ain’t going to get a lovely team elsewhere!

Excellent customer service provided by Isaac & his team. I needed a screen protector for my phone and it was done within 10 minutes in front of me. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of screen protectors he stocked and he was able to advise me in which one was the best to get. I went in with my iPhone charging port basically knackered from what I gathered expecting to be charged a whole new port replacement. To Isaac’s credit, he was able diagnose the issue as dirty contacts/debris in the port instead and had this cleaned through at a much reduced rate than having the port replaced – I really appreciated his transparency on here as well as his service + politeness. Highly recommend!
