At least 70% of the dvds I have tried to buy from this particular store are scratched and unusable, far better quality control at hanley go there, and there was one particular member of staff who would not let go of the PS3 dvd disc when I asked to inspect it first, did he think i was gonna run away with it lol, it had a really nasty scratch on it, and he was gonna sell me that, I know it’s only 3 quid but it’s useless if scratched right? Poor quality control and customer service at this one.

Edit: Follow on after reply from store below: Hi just wanted to point out I did not make the purchase I rejected it, I understand that second hand goods can be damaged in small ways etc, that is why I asked to see the disc first, just like when you guys inspect items coming in.

Robbery in daylight, on their website they offer one price in store completely different

@Jishan I brought a keyboard in pristine condition and, even that on your website you offer PS79, you offered me PS70 once I told you that I dont need it, you simply seen an opportunity.

The funny thing is that the new keyboard is PS199.00 and you are selling it for PS170.00 so you dont even offer 50% of what you are selling it for dude, if you dont think thats a robbery I feel truly sorry for you my man…

Do not recommend, they ask me to unseal an item and after that they said they are not competent to test it. And also been quoted price for A Grade and got payment for B grade. And they always don’t have cash, only bank transfer. When I went to CEX Hanley and told them they don’t know how to test the item they laughed. I do understand we can’t know everything but when you get brand new item don’t ask to be unsealed if you don’t know what are you doing.
