Traveled to this store to have a good look at a new double oven. Actually seeing and inspecting the features, feel of controls and build quality and ask questions are of utmost importance and looking on the website obviously can’t do this.
Arrived, walked in, spent 40 minutes looking at the ovens on display and not once did a Member of staff even acknowledge our existence despite 3 staff members having a coffee and chat by the counter. The display appliances were in poor condition with some broken parts and fixtures/facias also damaged. On a couple of items the wrong label was stuck by them giving price and deal details that didn’t apply. I appreciate that display items must get some rough handling but I would assume that someone responsible for the running of the store would realise broken items look poor and give a very bad impression in general.
As we walked out, having gone back to the ground floor, I saw over a dozen staff busy doing nothing but milling around and still not one even smiled and asked if we required any assistance. Needless to say I shall not be buying anything from a store where the customer seems to be an inconvenience. Its ever likely more people choose to order online nowadays.

Took my daughter today to look at gaming PC’s with a view to considering a purchase in the near future. Spoke to Gina, a friendly member of staff who I can only describe as an expert in gaming & computers. She explained everything in detail to my daughter & showed her each individual item in detail, PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse etc & even went through installation procedure with her, which my daughter understood fully. Highly recommend & ended up buying the lot with a couple of extras & extended warranty for peace of mind, which I never buy

I was making a pricey mobile phone purchase and was served at the till by a rude member of staff named Leah Parisse… whilst she was entering my details on the system I mentioned that I wanted an additional item (small speakers) added to my purchase. She then gave me an attitude and had the nerve to tell me that the store will be closing in 4 minutes. I will take my money elsewhere next time!
