Staff do not acknowledge you standing there. Many times walked out because of this. The time I did stay I had to acknowledge myself to them and in addition my query was carried out incorrectly and I spent most of the following day on the phone to head office trying to rectify my account. Very poor service, I am thinking of leaving due to the store lack of customer service.
Very helpful staff. I am with 3 network I visited Vodafone to see what for offer after listening to the staff about the deals I left and went in to 3 to see what they had to offer. Very disappointed I been there for three years. And they wasn’t bothered whot the staff saying she give me the answer with no caind words so I be going to a nuth company.
The bloke who was dealing with me was very knowledgeable of the companies products, down to earth, confident and went out of his way with helping me switching network provider. He seemed very keen on learning new things and trying to better himself. Was a good experience and I didnt feel in any way pressured.
