Went in store on 2 separate occasions to confirm I could get a phone on finance with no air time contract as I was contracted to O2 for 12 months. It was confirmed I could on both visits as airtime would start in year 2 of 3. Took out the phone but was then charged for airtime immediatetly. When I went in to complain I was told they cannot sell a phone on finance without airtime. So I was lied to. I said i could have bought the phone outright then which is allowed. Then when I ask to cancel they said I was out of 14 days even though this was the 14 day and Three customer services online agree and said to sort it out with the store. Complained to store again only to be told they will sort it out and call me back. 2 weeks later there is still no call. I have called the store 7 times in this period and no answer. I also have not been sent my contract by email yet despite them repeated taking my email address. Customer service is poor along with the knowledge that some staff have.
Went to the store after speaking to three on the phone. 25 mile round trip to be told I can’t help you unless you upgrade to a business account!! I don’t have a business, well I can’t add your email address to your current account even with my photo identification. Had to ring Three again passed the phone to the assistant manager and hey presto it was eventually added hours later or is it? Apparently could take 48 hours. They really need to focus on aftercare as well as fooling people into deals they don’t need or want. Not my first poor experience in this store. I’ve been a loyal customer for over ten years might be time to move my two contracts to another. It’s an awful store and that must come from the top.
Having pulled my hair out over several weeks over broadband issues & getting absolutely nowhere using Three’s “”live chat” & “technicians…??”, i called into Three’s Cramlington branch & “happy days”, kelly & colleagues proved knowledgeable & brought my 3wks of internet misery to a welcome end!! I’ve now stopped pulling my hair out & in future, will bypass the “live chat” & call into Three’s branch to dialogue with a real live human…thank you Kelly & colleagues!!
