This review is coming two months late, but can I just say, what amazing service! I stumbled upon mobilebitz whilst looking for another very well known phone shop, and which the person I met at this place (‘Khan’?) was so kind to direct me to. I noted that he was very respectful and helpful, even though I wasn’t seeking his service, and so, when I left the other place, I came to try them out too. The guy blew me away with his product knowledge, attitude to work and great delivery speed. I ended up fixing my son’s phone there and also recommended the shop to others. Mobilebitz, thank you for your help and exceptional customer service!
My daughter got a customised phone case screen protector and wireless charger. The customer service was impeccable. The guy had a lot of time and patience with each customer and was extremely knowledgeable. I will be recommending and returning for all her phone needs
