I recently visited the CeX Exchange in Wembley, London and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. I was looking to sell some old video games and electronics that I no longer needed, and CeX was the perfect place to do so.

The store is conveniently located in the heart of Wembley and is easily accessible via public transport. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who asked if I needed any assistance. I explained that I wanted to sell some items and was directed to the buying counter.

The buying process was quick and efficient. The staff member at the counter was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to give me a fair price for my items. I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of products they buy and sell – from video games to smartphones, laptops, and even DVDs.

Not only was I able to sell my items, but I also ended up browsing through their collection of products and found some great deals. The staff was more than happy to help me find what I was looking for and answer any questions I had.

One thing that really stood out to me was the cleanliness and organization of the store. Everything was neatly displayed and easy to find, which made the whole shopping experience even better.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the buying and selling process is efficient, and they have a great selection of products at affordable prices. I will definitely be returning to CeX in the future for all my electronics and gaming needs.

Really pleased with my Apple Watch from CEX. Arrived as described, well packaged in good time. The whole process was easy. Initially I placed an incorrect order, this was easily cancelled and refund was done quickly. Just lately I have purchased some very high priced games & consoles from CEX. Simply because I feel safer buying from a reputable store than possibly buying a fake from another online platform. I’ve basically put my trust in CEX that the item/s I receive are in good/complete condition as these items were from other stores so I was unable to verify the condition myself. But I have to say I’ve been very impressed with the items I’ve received, the quickness of delivery and exceptional packing. From my own personal experience I would highly recommend CEX. If you do happen to be unlucky and receive an item not quite up to your expectations at least you can return it. I can fault this company and would recommend anyone to the world of CEX.
