Brought phone in for a screen replacement. Young one said my phone was garbage and I should by a new one.
Replaced screen but loudspeaker (hands free) no longer worked.
Replaced loudspeaker but ear-speaker no longer worked (Couldn’t hear callers).
Told I needed to replace ear-speaker/ headphone assembly.
Three visits, two weeks. Brought in a fully functioning phone with a cracked screen now my phone is useless.
I’m technically minded so I knew when they were lying to me, at which point they’d discuss the issue with one another in their native tongue.
Avoid these people. When problems stack up they simply reincorporate. The shop’s been their for a while but according to Companies House they’re only 9 months old.

Awful awful experience. Brought in an Apple Watch for screen repair and was told it would be done by the end of the day. Ended up having to visit on three different occasions to be told to come back the next day. When I finally received my watch back they said they were unable to repair it and now it was being held together with a rubber band and no longer worked. So not only did they not fix my watch screen they completely broke the whole watch. They then tried to scam me by selling me a new watch to replace the one THEY broke. Avoid this place at all cost.
