Started having issues with my work Mac.

Dreaded the thought of going into an Apple Store for them to look at it. Noticed AA on the Apple website and contacted them as 5 minutes from me and an authorised service centre.

Went down and saw Korey – what a thoroughly nice chap and super knowledgable.

Resolved my issue and updated to newest OS as well. Tested for 24 hours on high load.

All sorted. Thanks Korey – What an absolute legend for sorting this out.

If I could give 10 stars I would.

I have just visited AA Mac in Wallington and the gentleman I saw was absolutely fantastic!!! Instead of immediately wiping the phone (which Apple Support had said was the only possible solution left), the gentleman did a few tests, liaised with a colleague and realised that the issue was being caused by the vpn/McAfee trying to connect. All resolved within minutes. Absolutely superlative service. A+++++++++

Took my son’s MacBook Pro to them on Wednesday and asked if they could rush this as he was going back Friday.
On Thursday they said it’s all done and we can send to home address if needed.
I picked it up on Thursday and was really impressed with the service.
Fast service and not as expensive as apple.
Would definitely recommend them to everyone.
