I first came for a screen repair On a fairly new large screen telephoneI got it back. My phone wasn’t charging properly like before I had to go back a further 7 x 4 them to fix it. Which cost me a great deal of time and money Because I paid for a scream. And now they charged me for the charging pulled that they had damaged.They eventually told me they couldn’t repair it and then convinced me to buy a new telephone which was absolute rubbish. And they begged me to give them my old phone for free.I said to them. I didn’t think it would be up to much ,they said it was a great telephone t’was slow and rubbish
There suggestion was that I spent a further three hundred and fifty pounds on another telephone I took that away and it was overheating in my pocket and the battery only lasted a few hours I asked for a refund and they said absolutely not. They gave me another telephone which they charged me 750 pounds told me it was brand new it was not. It’s not charging properly at the time I bought this new telephone I took my other telephone in 4. And now the display is damaged.
I feel as though i’ve had my consumer rights very violathese people don’t have a business they high street are crooks
I know minus one telephone and have two Telephones that are not working and they have cost me more PS1200 I have been backwards and forwards since dealing with these people around 8 months ago and they Ve done nothing but failed me. They’re completely useless and incompetent and should not be in business or liars. I thought they would be professional, it sounds Croydon, mobile centre sounds professional. But they don’t value their reputation at all. I trusted them and they have completely deceived and robbed Dirty robbong scoundrels
What should have been a new screen has cost me 1200 pounds and at least 40 visits and 55hours of my life.
If you value your electronical equipment, avoid these people They don’t care about their customers or their customers equipment absolute incompetent butchers

Dealt with Sam and his technicians today after being let down by another phone shop (mobile and bitz) that just wasted my time.

My P30 Pro screen had malfunctioned and was no longer working and with no recent backup I required the screen to be working in order to backup pictures and videos.

Many shops can replace a screen but I also wanted all the original functions to work. I’ve been to 3 different mobile shops and all failed to ensure the fingerprint scanner was working after the screen replacement.

Sam and his Technicians managed to get my screen replaced within 3hrs of leaving the phone with them AND the finger print scanner was functional.

A lot of these shops get a bad rep, but this is the place to go to in Croydon if you need your phone fixed for any reason.

Very professional, they look the part and they deliver on what they say they’ll do.

I gave them my phone to clear and they said it would be a couple of hours . Its the next day and they still haven’t called me back. I tried calling the number listed and there is no answer they also quoted me PS35 for the job and I know it can be done for cheaper but choose them because they promised a speedy service…..I would not recommend these people
