James at Crick BITS recently repaired our Dell Inspiron 15z Ultrabook which would not boot from the hard drive. James quickly diagnosed the problem, communicated quickly with options for the repair. The total time for repair was a matter of days with a high level of service as a Customer. The Laptop repair was well priced and the pricing was transparent for each part. The end result is a fully functioning and fast machine. Great job, very happy and fully recommended…..
This guy is at the top of his craft, very quick and very reasonable priced. He will also teach / mentor you on how to use a PC, particularly useful with the new Windows 10 that’s just been released.
Had a problem with my User accounts getting screwed up, was fixed within the hour and was advised to buy a new battery for my laptop as this was the culprit, running out of power and not login off correctly.

I contacted James after finding his page through a recommendation on Facebook. I dropped the laptop off with him in the morning and had a diagnosis by lunchtime. He had it repaired by the end of the week and it’s like brand new. Couldn’t be happier and all for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!
