Computer technician who says yes but does not always think that through so he can become frustrated with you which would not happen with a little more thought but none of this detracts from the fact that Richard fixed my computer in less than half an hour from coming so I owe him for his great job. Recently used Dream IT Solutions due to hackers taking control of our email and social media accounts. We were unable to retrieve control of the accounts even after reaching out to the relevant companies.
Once contacted Dream IT Solutions were able to recover all affected accounts.
They also carried out security checks and made adjustments to our security setup.

I upgraded my PC with a new motherboard and CPU but was having connectivity issues. I was stressing and opened Microsoft and MSI support tickets who couldnt solve the issue which was software related.
Richard collected the PC from my house, gave me regular updates via whatsapp and very quickly diagnosed and solved the issue.
