They provide awesome service, as I’m an international student, I don’t trust anyone in this country. So when my laptop fan was making a weird noise and I went to this shop they gave me fair price. But I still have doubts about the security of my laptop data.
I asked them twice that after the repair they will not charge me more, and they politely said no. And at the end really they only charge for the fan of the laptop.
So I like their service good and genuine.

I will review this after 6 months.
Because I still had a doubt that after reviewing what my laptop makes a weird sound again.
So I wait and review this after a 6 months

Awful service

I went into media fields as I had ran out of forms that I use for my job. Asked if they could print me off 5 copies of A4, a short conversation:
-‘it’s not something we do’ (a computer shop with printers everywhere)
-so I asked if it was something he could do if he wanted to?
-‘yes’
– but you don’t want to?
– ‘no’

So I left. Went over the road to the lovely account over the road who printed me 10 copies even though I only needed 5.
Would never use media fields for anything now!

AVOID

In for a loading software problem but didnt tell me also wiped my antivirus, changed audio software but not with correct driver so keeps showing error message and replacement software didnt work after month. Failed to reply to my email, put phone down on me when I called. They did say bring it in for a look at but I did not like attitude so wont use or recommend them
