A phone call resulted in an appointment for a home visit within 24 hours. Ash arrived at the agreed time & is a delightful gentleman with a good sense of humour (thank goodness). Within, what seemed to me, a ridiculously short space of time he had sorted out my computer, e-mail, printer, I-pad & phone. I have used Alka for over 8 years never had a problem they are so responsive and care for our business. I would reccomend and yes they do ask questions but that is they want to udnerstand what we do and why we are doing it, and then come up with an effcient, secure, and value for money solution
