Absolutely terrible! I went in to get my iPhones screen repaired after it had a few cracks in it, it cost me PS80 to get it repaired with a 1 year warranty but when it came to pay the guy said they don’t do receipts so he could only offer a written receipt with the proof of warranty on it on a piece of paper, which was already a bit suspicious but I went along with it. Everything was okay with the repair until I got it professionally looked at after at another place to see how much it would be worth and they pointed out a few major problems that had been a cause of the dodgy repair. When I took the phone in for repair everything was working fine including the speakers and face ID and the only problem was the cracks on the screen however when I got it back after the repair the Face ID was no longer working and neither was the top speaker. A couple days after I went back to the shop and explained to the guy and asked for a refund or for them to fix it but even though I paid extra for a 1 year warranty the guy said it wasn’t their fault and that they refuse to do anything with it! I strongly recommend staying well clear of this place!

3 months later I haven’t got my phone. Took my sons phone in for screen repair, when I got phone back they had broke the charging port. So they had to send it off for repair which took 4 wks then 2 days later the touch would not respond, so took it back so they sent off again as they said something had been damaged when repairing the screen. It’s now 6 wks later and still no phone and no explanation as to where it is despite me the fact I have asked a number off times for them to phone where they sent it to and ask. The manager never returns my calls. So nearly 3 months later I’m PS90 out of pocket, still no phone and left paying for my sons monthly contract even though he’s not using it because I can’t afford another phone. I have never experienced such poor service ever.

Worst experience I’ve had. They only had to replace a smashed screen instead they broke something on the inside. So I had no signal, no Internet and the phone said it was on aeroplane when it wasn’t. They took no responsibility that they were the ones to break it further. They guy who was fixing it has his lunch in his hair, no way he should be fixing phones! So they sent it off to three different places and then eventually lost it the third time. I was without a phone for 3 months, each time I was told it would be back by the end of the week. They had no clue! They eventually paid me off without a refund for the failed screen replace. Completely scammed! Would not trust them at all.
