Excellent service. My WiFi connection for laptop and TV had gone down and Talktalk only offered advice over phone in switching cables around which was very stressful and had me in tears. Ian from Matt and Mouse provided a reassuring home visit where his calming presence provided me with confidence to understand what the wires were for and how to solve it. I would highly recommend him as he calmly explains things so you feel confident to deal with them

I contacted Ian as I had problems installing Ofice due to a security problem with my new laptop. Ian said he could help but suggested I first contact Microsoft who could probably rectify the matter free of charge. I followed his advice and am happy to say the matter was resolved.
