Had an accident and broke the screen on my OLED TV. Claimed on the house insurance (first time ever!) and they asked me to get a damage report from a local TV repair specialist. Got in touch with Ali and he was fantastic! Helped me through the process, super knowledgeable about the equipment, the industry, insurance claims – everything! He inspected the TV and had the report ready within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the TV was a write-off, but I’m pleased to say the insurance company came good and paid out a very fair settlement – in no small part due to Ali’s work. I can’t fault the service – and he’s a really nice guy too!

Unbelievably quick too! The first repair I needed was a telly which wasn’t turning on properly. I was fully prepared to be without it for a few days but within a couple of hours I got a phone call to say it was fixed! I was so impressed when I went to collect it I took a radio for repair. Mr Telefix tested it and found the wall wart power supply was broken. He was super helpful giving me advice on what I needed to buy and where I could get one.

My mum’s tv wouldn’t switch on. Phoned up and spoke to the gentleman who asked me if I could bring the tv over to him. Drove over, dropped it off around 5pm and got a call the following morning to explain what the problem was (burnt out power board) and that he had the components and how much it would be. I agreed to the repair and he said I could pick it up in an hour. The tv works perfectly and he actually improved the picture as well. Very reasonable cost and a very quick turnaround. Thoroughly recommend.
