My Asus Zephyrus Duo 15 screen suddenly stopped working. After initial self diagnosis, I wasn’t too sure if its hardware or software related. Found The IT Guy on Google, who was the only IT specialist open late afternoon. Dropped my laptop off the following day and had a good consultation. Ultimately, they diagnosed the issue quickly, the screen needed replacing, but also repasted and serviced the machine, all while providing very insightful advice and articles to enable better self-service in the future and significantly increase awareness on how to improve performance and extend longevity of the device. All repairs were done in timely manner and with good communication throughout. I did require some support with a non-related issue on my laptop after I collected the machine. I was truly impressed with the speedy response and the amount of support I received. I would highly recommend The IT Guy and definitely will come back for any further support or a custom built PC, which is definitely on the cards in the near future.

In fact, steer clear of the likes of Novatec, Chillblast etc (I have had bad experiences with both), choose your own parts (likely for cheaper) in conjunction with the IT Guy and let them have at it, you will be pleased you did it this way.
