They are scammers with challenging attitudes. They literally stole my device from me.
My laptop had an error prior to my exam day and I went to this place and asked because it is near my place. They said that they couldn’t identify the problem so they will charge PS25 for inspection so that they can know what the problem is then notify me for me to decide what to do next. Up till the exam date there were no calls from them saying that they are done though they said the inspection would only take 2-3 days so I had to buy a new laptop.
The worst thing is when they call me a week and a half later, they said that they have identified the problem and fix it already WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME and they are charging another PS45!!!
I refused because I bought this laptop as a 2nd-hand laptop 5 years ago at around PS150 and I won’t pay PS70 to repair it now, they had my number all along but didn’t even try to call me so their intention was clear.
They refused to return my device and one of their staff members even tell his collegue “The laptop was broken before, let’s make it broken again”. After a few times of coming in and out of the store with any collaborative attitude from the store I decided to give up.
They are probably selling my device for cash now. Please don’t waste any of your money on these scammers

Normally I don’t do this, but I really must complain. I sent the phone in on Thursday evening, asked them to fix a cracked screen. Man takes the phone, tells me 70 pounds (I’ve had this done for 60 recently so could believe that) , and says it will be done by Saturday. I ask for a receipt- he tears a piece of paper off a phone sim box, writes down the phone number for the business and tells me to call it on Saturday. In hindsight, I should have left there and then, but I was in a rush. I arrive Saturday evening, and it’s not ready. They suggest Monday! Man behind counter on Saturday I have no complaints with – professional and honest. He offers to sort it quickly in an hour, and I am informed the actual bill for this repair should be ONE HUNDRED AND TEN. For a Samsung A40. There are three selling in the shop for under eighty pounds! I paid it out of shock and because I need the phone, but in hindsight I’m actually quite angry I have paid forty pounds more than I was quoted for the work when they took my phone. That’s not me doubting the cost, but I would have just bought a new phone if I had been informed correctly. Again, staff on Saturday were good.
SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS. My father went there to buy a phone he asked to see an iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb (550PS ) then the guy there made him an offer of (450 PS ) for that iPhone but after he sold him the same size iPhone but 64gb. My father was so happy with the price and he made a mistake not checking the receipt he only saw the phone description pasted at the back of the phone. We notice in the same day and when we came back for refund he wanted to sell us the same iPhone that we asked about (256gb) for 50 PS more. I even filled an online police report. This people are actual fraudsters. They think that this Pakistan and they can scam people very easily. Don’t buy from them.
