Switch had a bottle of juice run slowly through it in bottom of bag. Needless to say it was completely knackered. Jamie took it in and tried to sort with partial success, brought it back to life but problems with battery and overheating and controller connecting to tablet remained. He took it back again free of charge to do more work on it. Did a great job getting it to switch on and sort of function. Not a slight on his skills he really seems to know his stuff, I think it was just pretty done in from the liquid damage. Great and easy communication throughout process. Definitely recommended if you need something sorted.
Took my elite controller in with a bunch of issues, mostly caused by dropping it too often
Quote was issued there and then on a brief assessment, couple days later and it had been opened up and reviewed in full.
The owner had identified an additional issue that upped the price slightly, but was still a very reasonable cost and cheaper than replacing the controller.
Time from drop off to pick up was 3 days, but he did say it was a busy time for him. So you might get an issue sorted even sooner if he’s not as busy.
Doesn’t accept card payment, so only cash or BACS transfer.
All in all, a great and speedy service.

Took my PS5 to Playbox after having start up issues and being told from Sony it may be unfixable. Jamie was brilliant throughout and tried absolutely everything to get it back working (at times it looked very promising) but unfortunately it wasn’t to be.
Contact was brilliant throughout and no fee charged for the time spent on it.
Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be back if I have any other issues or even just to get advice.
