Recently went to get my laptop fixed because the screen wouldn’t turn on.

The staff (John) was very friendly and helpful and took care to explain exactly what was wrong with my laptop.

Eventually ended up buying another laptop because the one I had brought in wasn’t worth repairing financially. They transferred over my data and sold me a very solid alternative at a fair price including a discount because they were able to salvage my battery from the original.

All of this within two days, would highly recommend and will be using again.

Absolutely superb service by John, have nothing but praise for the business. Had an issue with my laptop not charging and John took a look at it on the spot for a diagnosis. Told me which parts needed to be replaced with detailed instructions and even lent me the tools needed. Everything worked perfectly and John refused to charge me anything for everything he’s done, definitely a rare gem in this industry.

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my laptop to this place, and I’m absolutely amazed. Wanna thank John for his delicate and sophisticated work with my MSI laptop. Also, personally I was stunned from friendliness and such detailed explanation of actions he took to upgrade my machine while we had a chat. Highly recommend this Man!
