Outstanding service from start to finish!
I have recently moved to Dunfermline so i didn’t know the area well. I asked on facebook for recommendations and everyone pointed me to Cosmic Phones Limited and i am so glad they did.
The staff are very knowledgeable, they know exactly what they are talking about. They installed a new ssd drive on my iMac insatlled new software, transferred all my data from old hard drive to new one and at so reasonable price. I was quoted almost double from one of the other shops.
I was dealt by two different gentlemen when i dropped my computer off and they were both very very good. So polite, well mannered, and very professional. Exactly the kind of service you’d expect from a reputable business. I’d highly recommend these guys for sure!

I had a charging port which was intermittent when charging, the problem was identified quickly and repaired the same day for a very fair price.
I had done my research on the phone shops in and around the Dunfermline area and Cosmic seemed to be recommend time and time again and I could not fault their work.
Hopefully I don’t need my phone repaired again (or any electronic goods) but if I do, I know where I’ll be going and who I’ll be recommending!
